Hi there.

You’re looking for a coach, therapist or counsellor? Well, hopefully, you’ve found one in me.

I’ve been working one-on-one with clients for almost 20 years. I began as an NLP practitioner and hypnotherapist in 2002, then in 2012, I shifted into life-coaching.

I’ve worked with clients with every issue imaginable from anxiety and depression, to OCD, PTSD, stress at work, relationship issues, career problems, loneliness, addictions, habits, life-direction, anger-management, creativity…the list goes on.

I live near Waterloo/London Bridge and work all over London.

I also love to coach online via Zoom/Skype, which allows me to work with clients from all over the UK and the rest of the world.

For face-to-face sessions, my preference is to meet in lovely hotels, cafes and, if the weather’s pleasant, to stroll through one of the royal parks.

If you’re not from central London then it’s good to know that online coaching is as powerful as face-to-face. Plus you have the benefit of being in the comfort of your own home – and we can be more flexible with timings.

The work I do aims to transform clients at the core. By that I mean we look deeper, and from that place, problems either fall away completely or seem entirely different. You see, we’re all blinkered, and more often than not it takes someone like to me to tap you on the shoulder, to wake you up – and from that place, life looks different and you thrive.

I always offer to connect with a potential client for free initially. This first session is not a coaching session – it’s a chance for us to connect, to get to know each other, to look at the issues and see what can be done.

Dozens of enquiries come to me through the Bark system every day – I only reply to those who message or email me privately.

As an example, it would be great to know:

1. What’s going on with you?
2. What have you done so far to alleviate your problem and why hasn’t it worked?
3. Anything else you feel would allow me to know a little more about you…where you live, your age, what you do, your aspirations…etc – but not too much detail.

you can contact me on [email protected]

Thank you.

“The only trick in life is to be grateful for your highs and graceful with your lows.”

When our thoughts look real, we live in a world of suffering. When they look subjective, we live in a world of choice. When they look arbitrary, we live in a world of possibility. And when we see them as illusory, we wake up inside a world of dreams.”
